Black Ops 2 : Solution to Error during Initialization

So I recently got this game, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. I was excited because I have played every game of the Call of Duty sequel, but I faced this problem, which threw up "Error During Initialization: Unhandled Exception Caught." everytime I tried to launch Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Single Player i.e., t6sp.exe

Solution:

The solution is pretty weird. Here's what you gotta do.

Change Date & Time to 13th November, 2012, 6:30 AM.

The game should work fine now. :)

For those that don't know how to change Date & Time, see below.

In Windows XP, double click on the Clock in the Taskbar, it should open up the Dialog Box.

Set the date and time as shown.

In Windows Vista / 7, click on Time in Taskbar, a pop up should appear, select "Change Date and Time Settings."

Now set the time and date as required.

Now the Game should work without any problems! Cheers. :)

    1. Downloading updates have helped others, should try it. Although I think you'd have already done and got the game running by now. :)

  6. For people who have this problem and need help, try installing Visual Studios from Microsoft, because it will help out somehow.
